So after the initial layout was established I started sculpting. The photos show the Drum major nearly finished. The photos are not of the best quality...apologies.Not much remains to be done mainly the buttons and plume.Comments are welcome :lol:

Guys, thanks for the encouragement. Yes it's mainly magic sculpt but also duro/MS mix. Now for a week in the sun. Man ,do I need this break. :lol:
