In de very early stages, after 2 hours work. Portraits take some carefull tweeking. Changing a few little details can ruin the likeness, but the opposit is also true.

I tried out the concept here. Eyelids/brows,nose and hair etc are not baked and are still subject to change.

Looks like polymer clay, at least the torso and head does.

yes, it's polymer clay, similar to Super Sculpey and Fimo.
