The British Flat Figure Society has had a new figure commissioned, now it's a little strange but it grows on you, as you can see we're looking at Robin Hood as you may not have seen him before

It is a humorous piece, to the point that I do really quite like it!

As a flat painter I can state that this is technically a great figure...from an illustration available from BFFs

Isn't that grip on the second figure in an awkward place to say the least.....I'm looking at it without my glasses.

If, 'Little John', did grab you by the 'Bollocks', I feel that you would know about it 'Toot-Sweet'. as the 'Robin' character would definitely be propelled another 20 feet into the air!

I suppose it depends on which books you read, and whether some writers are indulging in wishful thinking, but I'm sticking with Errol Flynn and Richard Green, and I reckon that Basil Rathbone and Alan Wheatly were just making up dirty rumours
