Need help on 90mm Black Prince

Hi guys,

I need some help on assembling 90mm black prince figure from Soldiers. This is one of my favourite figures sculpted by master Laruccia. The problem is the upper body and the lower body just can not be fitted properly, the upper body is much widder than the lower body, hence lead to a huge gap between two parts................I was wondering anyone bult this figure before? any suggestions that I can fix this?
