Hi fellow modellers
i had bought some time ago an Captain America from HOT TOYS made 2012 and like it an lot .so i kit bash at moment the Resue Uniform Version of it all i wait for is the Head Sculpt to arrive i came to 90 percent similarities to the original which is sold out anyways...and did not pay the lunatic price of 600 bucks
so i thought why not an stormtrooper i bought it for 270 euros waited with anticipation...and was hit beetween the eyes when it was unpacked...an pure matt white uninspired plastic clot on an cheap plastic base. the best fixed to base with an black flag pole with an clamp on which the figure has to been clamped otherwise toppling over and maybe break of parts.....some scratches the head sandcoulered some redish specks...buy this for 270 bucks while some may cost 800 bucks ect...where are the magnets in the feet with iron lugs in base so that an figure can be placed without such an lunatic silly looking CLAMPING THING
none of this things would win an price from paintings on an model show...but net is full of nerds which never had an stain paint on the hands or painted .....pics are good but quality of this stuff is not worth the money...
as they got bigger the qauiltie did diminish while prices did exploside
maybe you want drop some lines what you think about this rich geeks and their collections or the stuff itself...i will never buy anything again from them.the thing will be sold again but this issue wandering still through my brains.i have since then an new hobby writing salty comments on such chaps collecting this ripp off stuff on youtube
