Hi Folks,
So far I've managed to work my way through three of the Nuts Planet Game of Thrones busts. Having never yet attempted to paint a female so far, I've been looking at the one of Daenerys for a wee while and making up lots of excuses not to start it, but finally decided it can't stay in the box for ever.
I managed to break the dragon's legs twice before succeeding to get them pinned suitably to more or less fit on her shoulder.
The flesh and hair is oils over acrylics, while the rest is mainly acrylics, with printers ink and enamels for the necklace. The dragon is painted in enamels and oils.
She now joins the other three to complete the set.
Any and all comments are welcome, particularly as I appear to have jumped in at the deep end wrt painting females. The 'Shieldmaiden' is progressing well, and eventually I'll be getting round to the Ribald Dragoon's 'Doxie'.
Cheers,
Andrew
