I had thought that the Viking era in miniatures had just about expired; however, this is one great figure. Love everything about it: overall presentation, the detail (especially the way the chainmail drapes so realistically. I might have to get this one.

I'm hoping to see more larger scale Vikings, especially "in action" and not leaning on their axe. A Berserker wielding his axe over his head in this scale would be awesome 9full fig would be a plus). 1/12 was my favorite scale until it all but disappeared. Not too big, not too small, just right.

Very nice new product, MJ! This new viking warrior is full of motion in his fighting pose and it looks like that many details are also well captured in sculpt. Look forward to seeing its box art soon followed by its final release.

This is a sensational sculpt and I am really looking forward to seeing Mr. Popovichenko work his painting magic on it.

I agree with the other guys who suggest that this would be even better as a full figure.

My warm congrats for such a sculpture. I don't have a doubt that Sergey Popovichenko will take full advantage of its qualities and will show us a powerfull acting viking. Can't wait to find this product at European dealers!

    Very nicely done.

I have done a number of 150mm (1/12 scale) figures for Victory Miniatures and 120mm (1/15 scale) WW I figures. I would be happy to return to 150mm if there is a market for that scale. However the issues may be subject and quality of sculpt rather than scale.

This looks very promising Id say. I wish there where a closeup of the chainmail?
If I could make wishes, I would like the visir/googles to be separate and that the kit also comes with an optional noseguard.

    Cheers
