Just a quick note to recognize and thank MMM for their continued great service. Just received my latest order (Berdan Sharpshooter bust). My better half says I'm not allowed to look at it until Christmas
Anyway, I've dealt with Ross numerous times over the years and he is one of the best in the business. Even when there was a problem (once), Ross was all over it and his response was more than I could have asked for.
Problems can occur, mistakes are made...that's life. But to me, the mark of a company is how they react to an issue. It's unfortunate when some of us have to deal with poor product and/or customer service (in my case, Figurines). However, I think its important to acknowledge and continue to support the good guys (SK, Ellies, Stormtrooper, Red Lancer AND MMM). I know there are others but these are my 'go to' companies.
