Just laid down some blues for the uniform of Brandi.
Hadn't really done dark blue before but I painted it dark navy blue then highlighted with some Luftwaffe blue added to the base. Then I shadowed with the base colour to try and blend the contrasts. I'll do the usual pinwashes and overall washes to hopefully bring it together.

I'm also doing the Panzer commander of the same set which needs a different tone to the U-boat guy so I added Russian green to the black for the base. He is just highlighted with no shadow or washes in the three bust picture.

Hi Gelso is great to see so together. Eyes in Rudel are amazing. This you can maestro.
For Wanklyn unifora is excellent. For Bronikowski - panzer crew would like darker tone color. They were black uniforms.
But this is just the beginning and we are looking forward as it will go.
I just finished the last U.S. candidate. Will soon be photos.

Now with eyes,
Black applied
Then Chocolate brown
Lightened with german camo beige and applied bottom left in the iris, light flesh and chocolate brown next and applied same place. Some very light splashes of orange to create specs of colour.
