Just two photos but both pretty interesting...

The first is a museum case (No idea where...) showing uniforms worn by Italian and Colonial troops in Italy's colony of Siam.

The second is of an Italian air observer with a large roughly cylindrical shaped bag of some kind. What does the bag contain? A parachute? I'd say not. I've never seen a cylindrical parachute. My money is on a large aerial camera, the bag being a way to protect it until it can be temporarily installed in the aircraft. Better guesses or definite answers anyone?
