Miliput soup?

    Hi all,
I have read that miliput can be reduced to a soup like consistency for covering blemishes and air bubbles. Does any one know if any of the miliput range can be used, (standard, superfine white etc.) and is it simply added to water?
My attempts at thinning down the white has ended up as a blobby mess!
    Any alternative suggestions gratefully received.

    Steve.

I did use 'Milliput', quite a bit, as I could not get on with 'Squadron Green-stuff'. I have never tried to dilute the base mix. Rather apply a miniscule amount of the mix to any given area and use a very soft moistened brush to blend in the putty to folds and creases./gaps. A good hint from, 'Kagemusha' ( Ron Clark) is the use of Ladies eye-liner 'Make-up' brushes. Very soft and cheap.

    Regards,

    Mark.

If you blend a small blob of Milliput (about the size of a cherry), make an indentation in it, then use an old brush and water, you can make a slurry by washing the brush around in the indent. This can then be used to fill tiny holes, seams, joins, etc, by painting it into the blemish. I only ever use grey/green, as it does everything I want!

    Hope this helps?

There was I thinking this was such an innocent question!!!!!
Many thanks valiant, I think I was on the wrong track, thinking I had to pulp down all the putty, I don't find milliput particularly easy to use at the best of times....come to think of it, I find most things difficult these days...
Now tell me more about these death dealing, boot wearing, condom wielding cheap women you speak of!

I mix the milliput as usual and then , on a piece of glass, add water slowly until it reaches a "slip" consistency. I find it useful for filling small holes.
