It's hard to remember how small this bust is! I have a 'pet hatred' of enlarged photos, which blow up all the gremlins in a model, but your work is so precise that it copes with this magnification easily!! Amazing work Mike.

The flesh tones are out of this world, acrylics or oils?

Thanks everyone for the supportive comments.
    Chailey, it's all various acrylics.

Pondering whether to do another bust or back to little fellows.
Decision time tomorrow, bedtime now :)

Superb art work Mike I do love the way you put the tones together , what I very much like is the fact this is how you paint for you not for the camera if that makes sense . It was very prominent at Euro a few years back to paint in a very photgrafic way it never appealed to me but it supposedly looked good in a pic , yours is natural and more importantly your tonal work is seamless
    Looking forward to seeing more
    Regards Chris
