Been away for awhile sorry, here’s my latest boxart.
Just great! ... in particular how you achieve to replicate the texture of the different surfaces..
Your Copper State work is superb...and it’s 1/35!
Yip that is amazing given that its 1/35 scale, the guy looks freezing and to create the different textures and finishes using a brush at this small scale is a special skill.
Hats off to you Mike, you've nailed this figure, superb detail in painting this cold looking Russian.
!/35th ? Astonishing.... seriously clever stuff.....so good
Everything's been said... hats off mate
Great work, Mike - best part for me is the way you've stippled the greatcoat to give the rough woollen serge look.
fantastic work on the textures ... Brilliant !
Sorry for the double post.
Loving your avatar, Dean - can't beat a bit of Bagpuss!
You never seem to stop surprising us Mike! Great textures and he looks suitably, miserably frozen.
Another excellent painted figure.
Beautiful painting Mike, greatcoat texture looks superb and the whole scene gives a real sense of cold.
Superb work Mike.
Thanks guys will reply properly when I get to Japan.
Heading away for three to support our All Blacks
