I get kitted up Ron but my days of running about stupid are long gone. I leave that to the new coaches.
Really only do it to get revenge on guys who were coming through as players when my playing days were ending and are now moving into coaching.
You should see some of their faces when they see me and realise the misery that's about to be visited on them icon_twisted.gif

    Hi Ron,
I know where you are coming from Mate.
I am by no means good at taking digi pics but there are two ways that I get over these problems, albeit a sledge hamer to crack a nut.
My first port of call is to defuse the flash or other lighting. they always seem to throw back reflected light no matter how matt you achieve in reality. Believe it or not I use 6mm black sponge (the stuff that is used for packaging figures for transportation) fixed over the flash or small studio lights. Alternatively you can buy (shock horror) reflecters that wil throw the light onto the ceiling again defusing the light before it gets to the figure.

Also I go to "fix" on the tool bar of your photo viewer on your PC and play around with the exposure tools, brightness and contrast.

As I say there are ways that Guys here will do it far more technically white light etc. etc. but for me, technophobe, this improves the picture quite simply.
I hope that this is of some help Ron.
    Cheers,
    Keith

Lovely work. The different textures and the subdued palette are wonderful.
