I've had the 20th Massachusettes in my gray army since it was released. A few weeks back I decided to start painting it, when I opened the box the white metal parts were covered in a blue/gray coating and badly pitted, they were ok when I received the kit. I emailed Mike to buy replacement parts, Mike replied that he was away for three weeks and asked for my address and that he would send me the parts when he returns. I received the parts today at no charge, it is guys like Mike who provide great after sales service that will get me buying their products time after time. Thanks Mike
