As an oil painter of 40 years....and someone who has never been able to get to grips with acrylics....nor felt the need too...I can see the commercial potential in this.
Certainly the package is unique in the world of acrylic tutorials....although I think that the subject piece included is quite limited in appeal...but that's a personal viewpoint only.
I do think that believing the software won't be pirated because it's for Windows OS only is being naive...again...only my personal opinion.
At $60 for the package it won't tempt me...but then...you can't teach an old dog new tricks

Have to agree with Ron's sentiments entirely. I think a Windows OS only memory stick is a poor choice as many of us use Android or apple iPads so there is immediately a potential market loss. It is a comprehensive package but most of the content can be accessed on YouTube, Patreon or Twitch for less. I'm always looking to learn but not with this.

I think that this is a great idea but the packaging and pricing seem to limit the market to me. Working in the digital world I would have suggested a 4 tier approach:

    1. Offer the tutorial as a downloadable item which can be viewed on any media including MacOS, Windows, phones and iPads (for a fee, just as minaturementor.com does)
    2. Offer the bust 'blank' kit as an optional extra to allow people to practice with that as shown on the tutorial
    3. Allow people to just continue to buy the real bust from the website if they wanted it and wanted to use it for the tutorial
    4. Offer this complete kit, but with the tutorial downloadable as in item 1. (a Windows-only USB is too limiting)

I don't see why using 1. or 1. & 2. together people couldn't practice the techniques on any bust that they wanted. This packaging just causes some to walk away because they don't want to pay for a bust that they don't want.

    Just my 2 cents worth.
