Hi guys, do you know a good metallic bronze for ancient armor and helmets?
Of course I will try to mix from gold with inks, but if there is ready to use color out there, will be glad to hear :)
 
Suggest you have a look at Darkstar or Reaper

I've used the Vallejo bronze before now as well as the Darkstar bronze which is similar. Latterly I mix my own using gold & very dark blue as a starting point since I think it needs a slight greenish tinge to make it different from other metals to look like bronze (Admittedly polished up and glowing there is very little difference to see IMO) Washes of brown or very dark green can push it in a different direction.
