Metal Models have in my opinion the best Napoleontic figures.
Alot of them are very static.

Hi Pedro. The sword has to be straight, can not be curved like a cavalry saber or a "sabre briquet" of grenadier.
The line infantry officer´s reglamentary sword is straight.
Only elite companies had slightly curved sword.
    Ref. Rousselot, Infanterie de ligne.

Surely, the saber had been curved, when packaging the figure.

Hi Pedro. As I mentioned in the private message that I send to you, I visited Lisbon in 2009.
I recommend to everyone reading this, that they must go to Lisbon because it is a beautiful city. Do not forget to visit the navy and army museums,
both are very interesting. Here are some pictures I took.

Yes Rob, almost everything changed for the better, the infrastructure/services will actually make you very positively surprised.
Good weather and food, beaches, golf and the Portuguese history, with ancient and modern ex-libris and the great hospitality of the Portuguese people will make you even more surprised.:)
