    Hi friends,

few months ago, I had a conversation with my friend Jeremy Bonament Teboul.
He's a good painter and sculptor. He works for Andrea.

He also working on the Special Editions of french magazine Ravage.
These special editions introduce some french and international painters/sculptors with some pics of their work. All is based on fantasy figures.
He proposed me to paint some "fantasy" figures. So he could add me on some next issues.

Well, I do more really like historical figures....
But I took a look at my grey army and found 3 mercenary ogres. Old figures from Citadel Miniatures. Maybe around 20 years old......

I decided to do a kind of trillogy.

So here you can find the 2 firsts ogres finished :

Please note that I did not concentrate my paint skill as usual. I painted them like a refreshing hobby. More like fun than a steady work.

As usual it's oil paint over a humbrol n)84 undercoat.

Soon I'll post the 3rd one, but I have to sculpt a dead man to be added to the base.

Excellent painting Jean-Paul. I am glad to see more of us doing fantasy figures. I have an Orc on my desk now in progress. Its kind of refreshing after the historical painting.
