Thank you all for the referance material. I was able to use it and some Tom Selleck face shots. This is my first try at a portrait figure , let me know areas I need to work on.

Bryon, It may be the photo but the jawline and chin do not appear very full.~Gary

I think you should look for shot of Tom form back in the 80's. That shot is him now he is 60 or so now he was in his 40's then.
