Manufacturer of this Figure?

Hi all

A couple of weeks ago, I bought this figure of a Staff Officer of the Lifeguard Horse Regiment, Russia 1812-1814, second hand from Dmitriy of Chronos Miniatures. It is complete, but without a box. The scale is 54mm, but it is a bit larger than e.g. Chronos figures.

I really like the figure, but I wonder who the manufacturer is . Dmitriy does not know, but he had a photo of the completed figure.

Can anybody help?

I think it's quite an early Pegaso. That's my guess.

The base sculpting might suggest an Alan Ball sculpt otherwise not a clue.
