John, Well you know what they say about pleasing people. I change avatars when the mood strikes me and keep them in a separate folder when I decide to repost "old favorites".

The one I'm currently using is of a member of the 114th Pennsylvannia Volunteer Infantry (Collis' Zouaves), I hope Zouaves don't cause you to have nightmares, colds sweats or any other unpleasant things.

I'll be fine with this one thanks for asking. You've got to admitt. The last one had a terrible hair cut. It just distracted from the beautiful flag in the back ground.

Jay, Sure thing. This is the type of thing you do not see often, so if I did them for commercial production would do 3-5 for release at the same time. the reason being that releasing just one would make it look like an "oddball" piece while more would indicate either a collection or ongoing series.~Gary

Ya know, you make it look so easy here that, after a few beers, I get to thinking that I (!) could actually do something like this!
