Hello friends. It has been quite some time that i ve posted anything new. I have been in a phase where nothing seemed to turned out the way i inteded to. Anyway this is my second attempt on this beutifull sculpt by Carl Reid and i thoughted i shared some WIP pics with you. Let me know what you think.

Looking great so far Jimia, dark blue one of the most difficult colors to paint is excellent. Wait for your progress.

Thank you all for your feedback and support. Marc i agree with you that this is quite a demanding figure. Adrian returning from Euro i have like 10 new figures waiting on line so it is a bit hard to return to older things as you can imagine! Chris i m glad you like the blue. Tried some of your suggestions and i think it is better than the previous one.

I like the contrast on the face between the dark leathery skin colour and the white hair and beard. I presume you haven't painted the hair and beard yet, but have you considered colouring the hair grey to make him an older man?

Thank you all fro your kind comments! Some progress has been done. The stripped trousers really gave me a headache but i m pleased with the result. Meaning to change the color of the blue thing on the cap. Waiting for your comments.

Wow all round great looking figure, the trousers are particularly nice with the blue stripes. One of my favourite figure for this year.
