2012 a very slow year for modelling ! This is my 1st completion...
This little military vignette is a joint project with M-Workshop Armor Master Chef Lim who completed the SdKfz 221, I did the 2 figures snd setup the little scene, hope you like it... this will be part of the display for coming Singapore MCon2012. All critiques well come.

Excellent Work. It's nice to see both vehicle and figures together in harmony.
Well done. I'm curious about The camo on The 221. How did you do it? Hair spray technique?

Hi gents - thanks for the complement

Hi Lars - as far as I know , Chef Lim free hand painted the entire white wash, not hair spray technique. You can see the 2 schemes very smooth and the pattern is quite impossible to be done via hair spray technique

    Hi Laurent

Sorry for late response.... I started with airbrushing very dark brownish grey like panzer grey with burnt sienna, then pre shade with airbrush from top, then build up with several greyish white highlight, then using "brushstroke" style to paint all creases, finally use very thin transparent dark grey to smoothen the transition. Remember to add some Tamiya flat base else several wash will end up satin appearance . Hope this helps
