We found this in a old writing desk belonging to my father in law .....

Interesting , googling revealed its die stamped brass ...obviously produced in qty but a special link to SWMBO father

This is the pin version , there was also a buttonhole version ...looking at proper auction sites , all haven't had the ribbon and rosette which is original as you can see

Wonder what else folk have found
