A golden oldie that I picked up from ebay a while ago, 1/5 Long John Silver (Robert Newton) from Treasure Island, it's a great likeness to the man himself,I think this was produced by Fort Duquesne a good number of years ago and I must admit he was a pleasure to paint once I had cleaned him off, I think he would have had a parrot on his shoulder but this was missing, I've added the clay pipe and earing, painted in oils & enamels.

Thanks Gordy glad you like him, I'm afraid it's potluck as far as my very basic camera skills go but I'll have another try.
Ken ..Ah Ken!...I knew someone would go for it! Glad you like him, the base is a piece of oak that I found in the woods about a year or so ago, must admit I'm pleased with how it's all turned out.
