Lovely bust, I want one but my conscience says "no" until I paint more of my grey army. Can't wait for the boxart.

What amazes me is the impression that Life Miniatures usually is capable to add that certain feel of the period, subtleties of the body language of the subject or a certain facial expression that lifts the bar for competitors even on a theme that has been done before in numbers. Could be a portrait of Walter Scherf btw.
Another WW II bust of this quality is welcome - keep them coming!

Very nice work, I really like it, but what is up with the tank crest on the side of his cap. I never saw one before. Ray

The silhouette of a King Tiger Tank was an semi-official badge of Schwere Panzerabteilung 503.

A very nice bust - it really has the look and feel of the period about it.

This is the first Life Miniatures bust I've seen that I didn't want to buy.

Yes, part of it is "another bloody WW2 German" but this one just seems so generic. There's nothing here that we haven't seen before.

Sorry if I'm being predictable and boring, but I have higher expectations of Life Miniatures now and compared to their previous releases, this seems to be a rather safe and unadventurous effort.

Although I agree somewhat with Tony, that it is a rather generic piece it still exudes quality sculpting and is one of the better "Tank commanders" around, Ideal for someone newly entering into the world of busts, so for this reason alone it is a winner as we've come to expect from LM.
Not on my to buy list but well done LM.
