A quick "what's in the box" review of the latest addition to my stash. Sculpted by Charles Agius for Ignis Art, produced by Warhog from Poland. Many will be familiar with the earlier bust version of this creature, but this version is a full figure in 75mm, and comes with a small base.
The figure comes in a sturdy box, and besides the figure, contains a complementary sticker, a small card authenticating the limited edition (mine's 56 of 300) and a small card with the name of the person who packed your kit. Mine was packed by Sylvia, and she did a great job. Thank you Sylvia.
The pieces are held securely by foam layers, and one of the layers has small slits cut I to them, to hold the very fragile antlers. The smaller pieces are all in a small zip lock bag, and the two large pieces are in the bottom of the box. There were no damaged parts.
All the pieces are superbly cast, there are absolutely no mould lines or flash to clean, and there is only one slight imperfection, a small airbuble on her left big toe, but that is easy to fix. The detail is fantastic, and in case of the cape, very fine, and will need careful painting not to lose it.
Dry fitting the parts, there are no issues, but there is a slightest gap where the legs meet the torso, which I will be using a small amount of filler to fix.
The arms need careful removing from the pour plugs, especially the left arm, which has very small fingers and wood detail that can be damaged.
This is a beautiful sculpt, but that is to be expected from Charles Agius, who has sculpted some superb figures for a wide range of game and collector piece producers. 20210813_180521.jpg 20210813_180547.jpg 20210813_180609.jpg 20210813_180641.jpg 20210813_180754.jpg 20210813_180821.jpg 20210813_180913.jpg 20210813_180938.jpg 20210813_181013.jpg 20210813_181056.jpg 20210813_181139.jpg 20210813_181157.jpg 20210813_181225.jpg
