    Hi PFer's,

It's been a little while since I've posted anything die to the daily grind. I've finally got around to getting some quality pics of the 'Les Grognard' that I had started sculpting back in November 16'. Funnily enough I'd pretty much finished the majority of this project by Jan/Feb and then dragged my backside with it till a few weeks ago.
So to rehash the entire project started with just a practice run of a head made predominantly with greenstuff and then it gradually evolved to an armature and change of mediums with some Das as a filler to a mix of greenstuff and milliput for the remainder.
Thanks to tips from some of the members I managed to get it finished, along with a big thanks to Steve from Reedies miniatures for coming up with a beautiful Charleville musket on request for me to use with this.
I've now started mucking around with fimo and sculpey and getting some nice results with some other possible projects, so hopefully have some posts of those in the near future.
Thanks to everyone for their encouragement and feedback, it's always appreciated.
    Regards
    Chris.

    Hi Roger,
Thanks for looking, the tubs of greek yoghurt I was eating while sculpting this really inspired me.
    Cheers
    Chris.

Who said I was eating it?

Quickly getting back on topic before I get accused of thread hijacking..... again, what other projects do you have in mind Chris?

Bloody hell Roger, it's not about you all the time!
I've been doing some head sculpts in 1/16 and 1/10, plus 1/16 armature I've got sitting there. The 1/10 I was thinking of a bust.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Well done Chris for seeing it through with the figure, very good result for your first one (y) It's always good to keep that first figure so you can look back on it over the coming years to calculate your progress.
    keep it up mate.
