    Hi all! And Good day!
Several weeks ago, started work on a 54mm legionary from the Seil. Sculptures from the Y. Serebryakov.
At the moment I am prepared to paint a shield. Depicted the damage to the surface of the shield. Also, I started painting the figure.

Thank you all for your good words! I will continue tomorrow. I almost covered with lacquer base. And it remains the most difficult - painted shield ...

Thanks for the kind comments, my companions!
Work slowly coming to an end. The figurine is already on the ground and a shield in his hand. The inner side of the shield is painted. It remains the most interesting and difficult - to shield the front side!

    Great paint work!
The harmony of the ground work and the figure is very wonderful.
The red you expressed is very attractive.
I felt the force a soldier has.
    I congratulate completion.

Gordy, Mitsutaka, Felipe, many thanks for your nice feedback!!!
Felipe, splashes of blood I drew a thin brush with paint mixed from burnt amber and scarlet. Put little dots, the group of points and thin streaks. After I covered splashes gloss lacquer. Thick drops of varnish can be simulated clots
