    Here are some photos of my next 30 mm flats diorama. I always start with some ''concept" pictures to block in the scene. I try to figure out the "story" in these preliminary photos. During this time frame I begin gathering reference materials.

    Nice idea, well thought out: love the use of the bark.

    ... though I'd question the authenticity of the clamps and jar... in the C18th the clamps would be hand forged and the glass quite opaque and greenish ;)
