Long ago I have not posted any SBS here.
Great to do it again, and greet old and new friends.
This is the process of sculpture of a 75mm figure. It represents Lagertha, a character from the series VIKINGS.
The material used is epoxy putty.

Great so far - will be interested to see it progress. This character is inspiring a lot of modellers at the moment - I can't imagine why!

Mat. in my case, to watching at the series, the personality of this actress has caught me, and dressing as Viking has driven me crazy.
Chris, medium is epoxi clay two components.

Glad to hear this is going commercial... I'd definitely buy one. I like the dynamic pose, lots of textures to paint with the leather armour, mail and coarse cloth.
Good luck with the likeness, she's a beautiful woman and the likeness can make or break a figure of a known character. Considering what you've so far I'm confident you'll do her justice.
The wildly braided hair will be quite the challenge too.

Colin, Totally agree, likeness and a good quality face is very important on this model, she will be cast in white metal,,,
