WIP Critique Knights Templar

    Hi all, here is an update on Andrea's Knight's Templar Sergeant 1250.
    have rebuilt shield as previous one too small. also surcoat and mail to paint. comments most welcome. Les

    Looking good Les. Nice idea to re-work the shield. My only suggestion would be to tone down the brass on the helmet. A couple of washes to take the edge off maybe, but this only my choice.

    Really looking good Les! I have wanted this bust for quite some time. I have to admit I have heard some not so flattering comments about the quality of the casting. Some people have also said they had no problems with the casting. I just don't want to get one with a bad casting I guess. How was your's?

    he,s looking good (im typing this from work during dinner break).like the your attention to the face with the folds.what about highlights on the tunic (its not finished yet).Look forward to more.

    Just great Les, super bit of work. Like what you have done with this very nice figure.

    Jim I think the much talked about bad casting was just at the very start. I dont think there have been any problems since the quality control was straightened out. Have seen a few and they look perfect
