900 modellers and close to 4000 models here in Stresa!
Here are few shots from the tables. I have a big FB album too, but I can't figure out how to copy the address from iPad, stoopid me.

Who is responsible for the death of Gustavus Adolphus dio? That is one spectacular piece of work.

Amazing photos. Some are just jaw dropping. Would like to see photos of any new commercial figures shown for the first time at the Model Expo. I'm looking for something to wet the appetite and empty the bank account.

That was an excellent weekend. The competition hall was packed, in fact the whole place was packed, and with a very friendly atmosphere. I'm a lousy photographer so I use my iPAD camera but the work there blew my mind so those who've posted links - thanks.

My highlights apart from the competition were Ivo's enthralling presentation about Napoleonic iconography and Keith Rocco's excellent seminar about historical art. Finally a special mention to Mitches Military Miniatures who brought over an order for me to collect without prepayment - great to do business on the basis of promises.

A final query - who built the fantastic Agincourt diorama?
