I bought this figure because I think the uniform colour will be a bit of a challenge. The figure itself is well cast and the parts fit together well but in my cleaning enthusiasm I removed the fixing slugs, oops  !!

Jon Smith figures are awesome. Fitting is great.
You can correct your mistake by taking some pins made from paperclips ( i do that to.

The figure went together really well and my initial mistake when cleaning the figure was not too much of a problem. I gave up trying to paint the battalion number on the shoulder straps, my eye sight just is not that good or my hands that steady.
I would recommend this figure. Eventhough WW1 is towards the end of the period I am interested in I will certainly be checking out more from this range.
    Cheers
