Huy Guys,

Finally back at it again. Here's my first attempt at a full figure sculpt. The subject is Johnny Bench from a SI cover. We'll see how it turns out... ;)

Hey Francesca, he's 75mm. Turns out Bill Horan has done a very similar pose of Yogi Berra. Didn't know that when I started. Oh well, they'll be no confusing the two! ;)

75mm is a great scale. I wish there were more stuff available in it.

And I know exactly what you mean - I did a figure of Yogi about 2 years ago that I never finished:

Not the same pose mind you, but just the idea of it. Ah, well, we do this stuff for ourselves and not anyone else, right? ;)

Great work Francesca. You've really got a great nack for realistic sports poses. You really should post more of your stuff here. It's really very good and I'm sure a lot of folks here would enjoy seeing it. :)

Here's the latest...

I modified the pose slightly to better fit the photo and I'm going to use a modified stock head instead of trying to sculpt one from scratch.
