    Hi Gerard!

I like very much what you did with this wonderful bust, excellent flesh tones, nice work on the jacket, but please allow me some positive criticism:
1 - about the colour of the hair, Peiper was blond isn´t it?
2 - the SS cap have white piping without the cord that you tried to copying the wrong boxart, or I am wrong?
The red arrow is the button that you see in the cap.
I am working in the same bust right now and I would like mine stay nearly as good as yours.

Hello Gerard, Beautiful painting as always. The skintones are excellent, and I really like the shading and highlighting of the leather jacket, never seen it done quite like this before. Stunning work Gerard, Regards, SG(y)

Many thanks guys for taking your time to comment. I'm glad you like it.

Hi Pedro. about the hair I'm not sure he was so "arian blonde" as depicted in those colored B/w photographs and the tones may vary in a lot of pictures.

...anyway I hadn't finished with the hair Will add a lighter tone on the upper zones of the head. And about the cap piping you may be right..

    Beautiful painting Gerard!!

One thing I should tell you is that my box art painting is wrong in the piping of SS cap. I realized it after releasing this bust..

I've attached a reference photograph which I used for box art painting. It still creats the illusion that the SS cap have two white pipings.......

Pedro is right. there should be only one white piping without the cord.

It seems that you tried to copy my box art ... I'm so sorry for giving you wrong information.
