Maybe try to thin the sword down a bit, it looks little out of scale. Is it made out of wood or some putty?

Jeoffrey was son of Jerusalem king Fulk of Anjou and Henry II plantagenet - the first king of England of the Plantagenets was the son of Jeoffrey. If to call him exactly - Jeoffrey V Fine, count of Anjou and Mans. Plantagenet was his nickname as we could call it now.

You are right. His sword is slightly out of scale. It will take me some minutes tonight to redo it.
There's a piece of wood inside a blade as a basement and putty on it.
