That is a fantastic sculpt Jeff, & congratulations to John Chan on such an incredible paint job - the colours of the parka & helmet cover look really vibrant, & the flesh tones on his face are so realistic you could almost feel the cold this man is suffering! Thanks for sharing these photos here.

I love this, a beautifully sculpted figure enhanced by an amazing paint job. Not my timescale or subject matter but fantastic all the same.

Strange pointillism effect on the skin tones but works beautiffully.
I love the weathering effects on the Equipment, and the fabric texture rendering on the camo vest and helmet cover is subtle but effective.

How on earth is such detail possible.... Mr CHAN you are simply amazing... Jeff really knows how to sculpt.. but the painting of the clothing is out of this world... I hope to see more of his work.. and a SBS book would be great.. Not that it would help me.. How long did it take to complete..?
