Janusz I Starszy. (Battle of Grunwald 1410)

    "European Knight, 15th Century". Manufacturer - Medieval Forge Miniatures. Sculptor - Oleg Pogosyan.

    The figure is painted as Janusz I Starszy (warszawski), who, at age 62, took part in Battle of Grunwald. In this battle the alliance of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and Grand Duke Vytautas, decisively defeated the German–Prussian Teutonic Knights, led by Grand Master Ulrich von Jungingen.
