Does anyone have any idea who might have made this kit? I bought it on ebay and the seller bought at a swap meet. Not sure if it is a recast or not, was from a seller here in US. almost looks like a Mitches or Maurice Corry kit? thanks for any help.

This is indeed a 120mm SAS NW Europe WW2, from Maurice 'Moz' Corry, many years ago and sold by Maurice himself. Moz's casts were in a resin with a matt, slightly grainy feel to it,something I miss in your second picture.
    Hope this helps,

Still have one in my grey army, waiting patiently to emerge as a Belgian SAS officer 1944-45 and acquired from Moz himself. I'm rather doubtful about the casting plugs and the shiny aspect on the example shown, has a whiff of possible recast to it.:confused::confused:

    cheers,

Maybe it is a recast, maybe not. You bought in good faith, third-hand, so don't beat yourself up, and build it in good conscience.

    Prost!

The master might have gone to Foxwood Figures(?).

thanks for the info, I admit i was a bit concerned it was a recast but I am not totally sure that is the case. Anyway. It is a nice kit.
