I'm still try to work out which figures from my collection to use for this scene as the base I have is limited to perhaps 6 or 7 figures. I have enough for a Daniel Bustos kind of dio but my display space is limited.

Time for a coffee and some inspiration before work recommences.....

I've done some preliminary work on an officer today. You can see from these photo's just how good the engraving is before I daub paint all over it.

In my opinion polish winged hussars are the most beutiful figures to paint, a mix of armours, east europe tissues, animal fur and feathers ... !!!! I like a lot your work, the tones you got are really good... and don't be worry for the flag , I'm sure it will be a beauty... go on !!!
