Hungarian Hussar second world war

Hello,

my best friend Gábor Szabó has sent me some photos about his latest work. (It's 54mm scratch, oil painted.) It's a Hungarian cavalaryman in winter dress from the second world war. More photos about his works are on my page.

A very nice sculpted figure. The head is a little less. I don't find the lips very realistic and the right eye is a bit of centre!
But all the rest looks excellent

good idea, nice figure! I think it could have a little more contrast on the clothing, and the eyes are in deed a little off. Thanks for sharing

Thank's Vergilius, Dénes and Marc. Gábor will read your comments. I know that he isn't satisfied with the figure, unfortunetly he haven't time enough nowdays.

Dénes, köszönöm kérdésed, de sajnos mi nem nagyon tudunk pillanatnyilag utazni. Én személyszerint elég rosszul állok anyagilag, Gábor meg napi 10 órákat dolgozik, építőmérnök. De ezzel nem keseregni akarok, valamikor csak eljutunk mondjuk valamelyik bajor versenyre, és akkor össze is futhatunk.
