Howdy from Someone Very New to The Hobby

Hello Everyone,

I'm very new to the figure painting hobby (1 month, more or less, as of the posting of this)

However, I have been collecting painted figures for a few years now. Well, "collecting" is maybe a strong word: I bought my first figure in summer of 2018 and since then I have "collected" about 4 or 5.

I discovered the wonderful world of figure painting about a month ago when I found some vignette from castle miniatures when I was searching figures to buy... and that's how I ended up here.

Currently have a lot of idea of 120mm Napoleonic dioramas but not a lot of skill, so I'm looking forward to watch and learn and occasionally post some of my progress.

There's also Painting techniques where you will find much about Acrylics and Oils

ALL figures are welcome and of course Vignettes & Diorama ( we run friendly competitions if you wish as well , one which is a bi monthly comp where there are 3 classes to choose in which to enter )
