Our London, Colindale, shop first opened in March 1992. In 1994 we took over the adjoining unit and it soon became THE address in London for modellers from all over the world to visit. Slightly ahead of Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London! They stock most of the ranges we sell from Lowestoft plus second hand kits. To be sure you get everything you want you can use the website to pre-order for collection and payment at Colindale.
In May 2006 the original shops had to close because we were unable to re-new the lease but in June a new shop opened just up the road past the RAF Museum. Just make sure that the Country in your Delivery address is Collect From Colindale and send us the order. We do need the order placed by 09.00 on Thursday so we can get it there in time for you to collect on Saturday or after.
The closest underground station is Colindale on the Northern Line some 30 minutes from the center of London. Just turn left as you leave the station and walk for about 5 minutes just past the RAF Museum. Alternatively take the 303 bus which drops you outside the Museum. The underground ticket covers the fare cost at the time of writing this. For motorists it is near the end of both the M1 and A1, about ten miles inside the M25 and has free parking outside. Follow the brown road signs to the RAF Museum.

Opening hours:
Thursday and Friday 10.00am to 7.00pm.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and 10.00am to 5.30 pm
Saturday 9.30am to 5.00pm.

Hi Roy,

I was very, very pleasent. It was my first time in London, I am very well impressed.
Unfortunatly didn't have enough time to visit these shops...nor some other things I would like to visit.
I have to return soon!

I have not been there for a while but they were still in business a few months ago . They used to carry a very good stock of figures but not many tools or paints .They are close to Bond St Tube station . I suggest you phone them before you visit I will try and find their phone number for you .

Catch an early morning train to Edinburgh. Walk up Lothian Rd to Wonderland Models, about the best model shop left in the UK. Have a wonderful day up Royal Mile and visit the Castle and Hollyrood Palace. Catch an evening train back to London, and you will have seen a lot of what this beautiful land has to offer.
