Well all the basic poses and horses are put together, composition is like you see. Any opinions?

Thanks Paul, I'am going to have to send off for some more trooper sabers and straight bits for the horses but I think I have the rest covered for parts. Tried to get as many different variations of Cuirassier uniforms in, that would look natural.

You should have no problem with the spares mate, the lads in Dover are a great help.
It's also fair to say, you certainly have
all those variations you are after.
That was one of the first things I noticed.

    Loving this....:)

Well you inspired me with your Napoleons coach project. I too want to do the coach , but being looted by Prussians

As I'm just finishing collecting Historex part for my personal project which has been decades in planning and research I can only say I love what you're doing.

I must agree with Paul that the crew in Dover are always extremely helpful.

    Cheers

This looks great - all the animation in the figures and horse looks very natural. Impressive.

That's all looking great so far.....have you taken it from a particular action? Like the ADC drawing his sabre.. not always easy to get right.

Now this is what I'm talking about. My favourite kind of modification and scratch building.Excellent work mate.So happy to see such accomplished followers of the Grand Damme. What you are building is a direct descendant of the inspirational and legendary works of the late great Shep (you all know to whom I am refering). You should be arrogantly proud of it.Keep it up and keep us up to date.

Looking great. It's quite an undertaking to do so many mounted Historex figures in one scene. I'm looking forward to watching it progress.
