Hi, I'm brand new to the site. I'm also new to figure and bust painting, but keen to learn.
Welcome to PF Ian.
Anything you need to know, just ask.
You'll always find someone who has the answer(s) you need.
Welcome Ian I am sure you will learn plenty here.
Hi there Ian
A BIG WELCOME to PF good to have you here with us
As Andrew says ask anything and please do share your work
Welcome and enjoy.
Hi Ian, Welcome aboard. You have come to the right place.
Welcome and enjoy
Thanks for the welcome. I'm from Liverpool in the UK and started making plastic model kits again about 5 years ago. Around 2 years ago I discovered the Tommy's War WW1 figures and moved to busts and other figures from there. I'm no expert, but enjoy what I do. For me it's the ultimate stress relief after work and a good way of avoiding the wife while she's watching soaps. I'm always open to advice and can handle criticism.
Welcome. You have some good chaps in your neck of the woods.
Loads of advice & help here which you can take or leave. criticism is normally constructive.
Enjoy your stay
Great reply ref the wife ...lol
Peedee goes to a painting group that meets your way I think ..drop him a PM
Peedee is a massive help. I'm trying to get to one of his painting groups, but work gets in the way. I'm a member of Merseyside Scale Model Group and he attends there for painting sessions. He's really patient, willing to teach and full of good advice.
You are in good hands with Peedee, he's a top bloke.
Keep him topped up with cake.
