I have been 3d printing miniatures of lots of English Knights from around 1000 - 1200 AD. Does anyone happen to have color scheme suggestions?

Best bet is to search for images of 10th Century English Knights. There's loads of examples of heraldry and colour schemes from the period. Things changed quite a bit over those 200 years though.

Look for Roll of Arms, and Coat of Arms on the interweb.
Osprey do a series of books covering the English knights of the middle ages. The Norman knight one covers a lot of when you're interested in, but is perhaps the weakest of the set.
Useful info in them about armour, surcoats etc, though. Later periods are covered well: 1200-1500.
    Hope that helps.
