    Hi. It was put out by VLS in their Legends & Lore line...kit LL050 Cossack Ataman (Chieftain). It's not available anymore as far as I know. Squadron mail order has a very small number of VLS old stuff but not this one. The Legends & Lore line had quite a few nifty kits. I wish someone would re-release them. I missed out on quite a few of the good ones.
