Hello Everyone, I've just purchased the 120mm Totenkopf, Kharkov 1943 (Part1) Figure, designed by Jeff Shiu #JS120021. The figure is excellently sculpted in every way. Upon examining the camo. helmet, I noticed it had folage loops on the front and back of the center panel of the cover. Would this be accurate this early in 43? Also, would it be accurate to portray this figure wearing the khaki brown version of the Kharkov parka also, in the early Kharkov battles of 43? Thanks for any help you can give me. Regards, SG

I can see no reason why you couldnt do both although the parka does look more the fied grey green shade. They did vary a lot in colour. Dont do the animal skin version as hood too small and wrong folds.

There aren't too many photos of SS helmet covers and parkas at kharkov, but they did where them and with loops more than likely
